Congressman Mike Duvall, from Orange County, California, one of those “family values” Republicans (Aren’t they always?) just loves spanking his mistress (who just happens to be a lobbyist whose area Duvall oversees). Duvall immediately resigned after the video broke on KCAL TV showing audio of Duvall bragging about spanking his mistress. Some of what CBS didn’t air: “‘I am going up and down the stairs, and you’re dripping out of me!’ So messy!” Eww.
